The Lithuanian Sea Museum and the Dolphinarium are situated on the Curonian Spit, Kopgalis site. To reach the museum, take a passenger ferry departing from the Old Ferry Terminal at Danės str. 1, Klaipėda (passengers/ bike-riders; the distance from the terminal on the Curonian Spit side to the museum is 1.6 km); or from the New Ferry Terminal at Nemuno str. 8, Klaipėda (by car/ bike; the distance from the terminal on the Curonian Spit side to the museum is 7 km). Attention! The cars are not transported from the Old Ferry Terminal!

There is a parking lot situated near the dolphinarium; it belongs to Klaipėda City Municipality. The parking lot accommodates approx. 80 cars and 8 buses. The parking of vehicles near the Lithuanian Sea Museum is charged a fee from 1 May to 15 September.

Yes. We recommend purchasing tickets on-line because it is faster, more convenient and cheaper. Once arriving, a visitor has already got a ticket to the dolphin performance at the wanted time; moreover, queues are avoided and discounts are applied when purchasing on-line.
A mobile device may be used to display not more than 10 tickets for scanning by a controller. We kindly ask to display the ticket barcode to the controller, magnify the image and set a maximum lighting of the screen.
The purchased tickets may not be returned and the money is not reimbursed, with the exception of the cases when the services cannot be delivered to the visitors due to the fault of the Museum. Therefore, we kindly ask visitors to responsibly plan the arrival, estimating the time of the ferry transfer.

An entertaining activity acquainting with dolphins lasts 30 min. It is an unforgettable meeting with dolphins. The activity does not take place in water; it does not involve the swimming with dolphins. During the activity, participants communicate with the dolphins while staying dry, near the main pool.

There are ramps arranged in the lobby of the Dolphinarium; there are both a regular lift and a specialised lift to access the dolphin performance hall; there is a lift operating by the Sun Bay. The access to the second floor of the aquarium building (the central redoubt) is available by using a lift. The halls of the Exhibition of the Navigation History are partly adjusted for the access.
